Failure to respect the Visitor Rules may result in refusal of entry or expulsion from the event without refund of the admission fee. 1.2.<\/strong> Children under 15 years of age may enter only when accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.3.<\/strong> Minor visitors aged 15 to 18 may attend the event on their own and are obliged to comply with these Visitor Rules. If a minor is accompanied by an adult (parent, escort, teacher\/supervisor), that person is responsible for the minor for the duration of the event. The liability of legal guardians and of the minors themselves is otherwise governed by general legal regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.4.<\/strong> Admission to the event is subject to the price list valid on the day of the event, published on the organiser’s official website. The organiser reserves the right to change the admission price during the calendar year.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.5.<\/strong> Holders of a valid ZTP or ZTP\/P card (disability card) may, in case of doubt, be asked by the organiser to present any identity document to verify the validity of the presented card.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.6.<\/strong> To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for damage or injuries to visitors arising in connection with a violation of these Visitor Rules.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.7.<\/strong> To the extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for damage to stolen items belonging to visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.8.<\/strong> The organiser may take visual, audio and audiovisual recordings during the event, in which visitors may appear, and may use them to document and promote the \u017dIV\u00c1 EXOTIKA event, without any time or territorial limitation. These recordings are processed on the basis of the organiser’s legitimate interest in documenting and promoting the event. Visitors have the right to object to this processing and to exercise their other rights under applicable data protection regulations; further information is provided in the organiser’s Privacy Policy<\/a>. Persons taking recordings for the organiser are always visibly identified.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.9.<\/strong> Promoting other events, websites, mobile applications or exhibitions at the event is possible only by agreement with the organiser.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.10.<\/strong> The \u017dIV\u00c1 EXOTIKA event involves the presence of live animals, including potentially dangerous species. Visitors acknowledge this fact and enter the event premises aware of this risk. The organiser takes reasonable safety measures but is not liable for injuries resulting from the natural behaviour of animals, provided that the rules set out in these Visitor Rules and in the Operating Rules of the event<\/a> have been observed.<\/span><\/p>\n 1.11.<\/strong> The purchase and exchange of live animals at the event is governed by the Operating Rules of the event<\/a>. The offer and sale of certain species are subject to legal restrictions, in particular the consent of a legal guardian for buyers under 15 years of age, the minimum age of 18 for species requiring special care, and obligations related to protected species (CITES) and dangerous animal species; offering invasive alien species is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.1.<\/strong> It is prohibited to bring into the event premises weapons, explosives, flammable substances, fireworks, psychotropic or toxic substances and other dangerous items that could cause damage to the health or property of others. It is further prohibited to bring in items potentially dangerous to animals, items producing excessive noise (radios, speakers, loud toys), and bulky luggage or wheeled luggage. Bulky and wheeled luggage may be left in the cloakroom, which the organiser operates throughout the event’s opening hours.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.2.<\/strong> Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are prohibited in the event premises and in all other indoor areas of the hotel. It is prohibited to move around the event premises intoxicated and\/or under the influence of narcotic substances.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.3.<\/strong> No commercial, profit-making, training, advertising and\/or campaigning activity may be carried out in the event premises without the organiser’s consent.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.4.<\/strong> Entry with riding devices (mechanical or motorised), such as bicycles, balance bikes, tricycles, scooters, Segways and similar, is prohibited for the safety of visitors. This prohibition does not apply to prams and wheelchairs.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.5.<\/strong> Handling open flames is strictly prohibited in the event premises.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.6.<\/strong> Visitors are obliged to behave considerately towards the animals and not to disturb them by noise, shouting or other inappropriate behaviour (for example tapping on transport boxes). Visitors must not reach into boxes or handle the animals without the exhibitor’s permission.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.7.<\/strong> Taking photographs, videos or any other visual, audio or audiovisual recordings at the event is permitted only with the prior consent of the organiser, including for personal use. The organiser’s consent is also required for any public distribution of recordings \u2013 for example live streaming, publication on social media or any other form of publication. If a specific exhibitor, their sales spot or their animals appear in a recording intended for publication, the consent of that exhibitor is also required.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.8.<\/strong> The use of drones or similar electronic devices without the organiser’s consent is prohibited.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.9.<\/strong> Damaging the property of the organiser, of other persons or of the event premises is prohibited. Compensation will be claimed for any damage to property or equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.10.<\/strong> It is prohibited to dispose of waste anywhere other than in the designated waste containers.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.1.<\/strong> Entry to the event with dogs or any other own animals is prohibited. The reason is the protection and welfare of the exhibited animals and the prevention of their stress, disturbance and possible conflicts. The only exception is guide and assistance dogs accompanying a person with a disability; the organiser may ask for proof of their status. The prohibition also does not apply to animals purchased or exchanged at the event that are transported in a suitable closed transport container. Exceptions for Exhibitors are set out in the Operating Rules of the event<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n The visitor is obliged to:<\/span><\/p>\n 4.1.<\/strong> Purchase a ticket for the event and keep it for inspection for the entire duration of the visit.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.2.<\/strong> Ensure the safety of their children. The adult supervising the children (parents, escort, teacher\/supervisor for groups) is responsible for their behaviour.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.3.<\/strong> Observe the opening hours of the event.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.4.<\/strong> Follow the instructions of the organiser, who has the right to refuse entry to or expel from the event premises persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of addictive substances, persons disrupting the proper operation and safety of the event, or persons without a valid ticket.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.5.<\/strong> Not endanger their own health or property, or the health and property of others.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.6.<\/strong> Report to the organiser any violations of the Visitor Rules or situations endangering the safety of visitors or animals.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.7.<\/strong> In case of extraordinary events (injury, found property etc.), report the matter to the organiser at the main entrance, or call for help and await further instructions, the arrival of medical assistance and the drawing up of an injury report.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.8.<\/strong> If any animal escapes, immediately inform the organiser.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.9.<\/strong> Familiarise themselves with these Visitor Rules and behave in accordance with them.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.10.<\/strong> In the event of a non-standard security situation, follow the instructions of the organiser or of the members of the Integrated Rescue System.<\/span><\/p>\n Thank you for observing the Visitor Rules \u2013 we wish you many wonderful experiences!<\/span><\/p>\n Effective from 14 July 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Visitor Rules of the \u017dIV\u00c1 EXOTIKA Event Event organiser: Downstream s.r.o.
